Workshop for riders with Robocob simulator at Alexander Technique

  • Alexander Technique Centre 13 The Boulevard, Imperial Wharf London SW6 2UB United Kingdom (map)

Join us for this unique workshop of the Alexander Technique applied to riding with our advanced riding simulator. ‘Robocob’ simulates five adjustable gaits: Walk, two kinds of trot, two kinds of canter.

A riding simulator is an easy and great way to enhance your riding. It is really useful for learning both basic and advanced application of the Alexander Technique to riding. It is natural that riders should be attracted to the Alexander Technique since it encourages a deep seat, improving their performance in the saddle. A good posture, a good seat is essential for good riding. With a riding simulator a teacher can have hands on while you are moving.

For riders of all levels!

With two AT teachers and one AT teacher who is also a qualified riding instructor. Minimum 4 participants (1 hour), max 8 participants (2 hours). Each person will have 15 minutes with each AT teacher, and 15 minutes on the horse with the riding instructor.
