In this workshop, restorative yoga teacher Jenn will guide you through a series of restorative yoga techniques, using props, with a focus on relaxing and rejuvenating the body and mind, allowing you to release layers of tension and stress.
You'll take home the knowledge of how you can recreate this feeling of mindfulness and relaxation at home. Props are provided. So, if you're feeling tired, stressed or finding it difficult to sleep or if you just need time for yourself. Join us!
