An Overview of the History and Conservation of Traditional Brickwork

Internationally renowned master brickmason, consultant, author and educator, Dr Gerard Lynch, leads this workshop on the history of brickmaking, historical building techniques and current approaches to repair and conservation.

The session will include a tour of Fulham Palace looking at the different historic techniques and bricks used on site and practical tips on how to find artisans to repair your own brickwork.

£50 per person
